Student Registration

 TO ENROL YOUR CHILD YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:

1. Proof of Address

If you own or rent a home you need to provide:

  • 2 current utility bills with your name & address

OR

  • Rental/Lease agreement with your name & address

If you rent a room from someone you need to provide:

  • A letter/affidavit from the person you are renting from stating that you are renting a room from them

&

  • 2 current bills from the person you will be renting from, with their name and address on it

&

    • A receipt for rent

If you are living with someone you need to provide:

  • A letter/affidavit from the person you are living with stating that you are living with them


&

  • 2 current bills with the name and address of the person you will be living with

Interdistrict Transfer you need to provide:

  • Must get initial permit on student from the school where you reside

2. Transcripts, CST Scores and last report card

3. Immunization card

&

    • Physical Exam for 1st grade only
    • Dental screening for Kindergarten only

4. Birth Certificate

5. Parent/Guardian ID

6. Fill out VLSD Parent Packet information and English Language Survey
